The Druck Executive Operations Leader is responsible for leading a complex vertically integrated plant manufacturing operation at the Baker Hughes, Digital Solutions site in Leicester, U.K. and serve as the overall site owner for the facility employing over 600 employees. The role also has ownership of our Changzhou and Oslo operations working together to deliver to our Customers.Druck manufactures and delivers a comprehensive range of pressure sensors and related test/calibration instruments for the field, workshop and laboratory used across a diversity of applications from aerospace to subsea and from industrial to medical. We bring peace of mind to the toughest environments delivering customer outcomes through intelligent, connected technologies to sense, monitor and control.The Executive Operations Leader is accountable for planning and directing all aspects of the organization\'s manufacturing and supply chain strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies, championing the Fulfillment, HSE, Productivity, Lean and Quality for the plants.
