Clair has considerable experience successfully defending against consumer class actions, including cases involving false advertising and privacy claims. Clair also represents clients in connection with proceedings with the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and state attorney generals.In addition to her litigation practice, Clair regularly advises advertisers, lead generators, affiliate networks, advertising agencies, and technology companies on issues involving advertising, marketing, e-commerce, privacy, social media, and intellectual property.
