Chris LaFace is the President & CEO of RIPA & Associates, an industry-leading construction firm in Central Florida. With over 20 years in this business has built his earnest belief in strong foundations. He works in an open-book environment to establish trust and partnership in every project. He is a mentor, shaping the company’s future from the inside out. And the cornerstone of his business is service—both for his clients and his neighbors. From serving on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House, the Randy Roberts Foundation and the UF Athletic Association to his work for the Tampa Pig Jig and the Make-a-Wish Foundation, he is dedicated to being a difference maker in the community he calls home.Mr. LaFace\'s diverse project experience ranges in contract sizes of less than to more than $50 million. His vast experience led to a comprehensive knowledge of the entire construction process. He hasoverseen all disciplines of the work and has developed a thorough understanding of all trade practices,along with how they are coordinated and managed to complete a quality, cost effective project.
