About Chuck Reno

Chuck is a Senior Engineer and lead Project Manager on the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center Reuse Water Infrastructure Project, a regional project, with $110M in construction contracts awarded to date (Q&D, SNC, Patriot, WW Clyde, F&P and AMES). Chuck oversees the design and construction which is scheduled for completion next year. Chuck has designed pump stations, water mains, tanks, wells, roadways, sewer systems, storm drain systems, reservoirs, business complexes, subdivisions, parks, truck stops, FedEx truck terminals, veteran cemeteries (Fernley and Boulder City), plazas (City of Reno Downtown Plaza - Ice Rink on the River), among other large scale public infrastructure projects. Chuck enjoys managing lengthy complex projects. Seeing a finished project gives him great pleasure in knowing that he helped create something others can benefit from for years to come. Along with being a Senior Engineer at DOWL, Chuck serves as the Lyon County Enginner. He has served on the Technical Review Commitee (TRC) for the City of Reno. Chuck has served on the City of Reno Planning Commission, City of Reno Historic Resources Commission (HRC), and as a board member on the Northwest Neighborhood Advisory Board (NAB) for the City of Reno.
