Shell S&D Program - Project manager for Small Projects. Currenly working on about 50 small projects for Shell Pipeline Company. These projects have cradle to grave approch in one year timeline. You get to see all five phases in one year. Great for young PEs. have 12 PEs working with me on this project and learning a lot and loving the projects. Some of them are very young PEs and they really like the carrer growth opportunities they are getting for them on these Shell Projects. Providing support to each PEs and also cordinating with Shell Project Managers to make sure each of their project has a great resources allocated and each of the project is moving smoothly.
