Hi, I\'m Cassy I believe most organizational problems are actually design problems.When teams are underperforming, when change initiatives fall flat, when talented people disengage — it\'s rarely because people aren\'t trying hard enough. It\'s usually because the systems and structures around them weren\'t designed with the complexity of human beings in mind. AI is raising those stakes even further, transforming how we work together faster than most organizations can keep up.That\'s where I come in. I help leaders diagnose what\'s actually getting in the way, then (re)build the systems, processes, and cultural conditions that enable people to do their best work and drive material impact. Systems thinking meets org design 🪄I\'m formally trained in applying systems thinking to real-world problems, with expertise spanning facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive leadership. I\'ve spent the past decade putting that into practice in organizations navigating complexity every day — rapid growth, structural change, diverse teams, remote work, and competing priorities.And, ever the pragmatist, I couple that systems mindset with the execution of a project manager: I\'ve managed $600k+ budgets, developed transformative learning programs, led enterprise-wide change initiatives, and partnered directly with senior leaders and C-Suite executives to translate vision into action and data into decisions.Extra flavor I bring to my work:⌨ 10+ years of lived experience working remotely and helping organizations build the systems and culture necessary for effective remote/hybrid work🤝 Experienced in building distributed leadership models and structures for participatory decision-making, critical levers for both performance and engagement Trained in Equity-Embedded Change Management™ and pursuing CCMP certification (expected May 2026) Interested in connecting?
