   Helping architect and implement the modernization of Kroger’s Inventory system to centralize inventory and ordering. • Leading DevOps team whose responsibilities include: Building continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for both backend cloud based microservices and the front end Android application. Establishing the code quality and test coverage metrics using the CI/CD pipelines to manage coding standards for onshore and offshore teams. • Built a mock test framework that mocked services outside of our teams control to aid integration and automation testing between the Android frontend and the backend microservices. • Helping set up the standards and processes for QA across the entire team to ensure that only high quality, scalable solutions get deployed as the new system rolls out to the enterprise. • Leading team that rolled out the first production system into Azure for Kroger. The team was tasked with shifting the new inventory tracking system being developed on-prem to Azure in 3 months to support the aggressive roll out plans for the enterprise. The system utilizes Function Apps and Cosmos DB to provide the scalability to process events from thousands of stores.
