Partnered with a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) in May 2002. This partner, who was a primary “go-to” partner for Oracle Corporation, relied upon Kennedy/Ausar Consulting to provide the onsite consulting support for its clients. Ausar Consulting provided program management, project management, functional resources, technical resources, training services and other support services as required by this partner. In September of 2007 Kennedy/Ausar Consulting partnered with a boutique management consulting firm to provide the onsite Project Management role for Oracle E-Business Suite implementation projects. During this time the Ausar Consulting business model was expanded to include a more comprehensive management consulting model. The ERP Best Practices has been developed to provide leadership and guidance for clients who are considering and/or engaged in an ERP system implementation. Other practices and partnerships include the Emerging Economy Practice™, Genesis Marketing™ and Wind Tunneling. These new practices are pillars for a new paradigm for management consulting into the 21st century and beyond.
