I do my best work when I get to engage with diverse, cross-functional teams. I take great pride and ownership of the initiatives I am a part of, from strategy to concept, through execution, analysis and optimization. I shine in lean, emerging teams with high impact on the broader organization, delivering on brand/product awareness, customer growth and retention through loyalty marketing and customer lifecycle tactics spanning digital and traditional communications and advertising channels.As a collaborator I strive to connect the right people and the right ideas. By being present through active listening I can effectively weigh risk versus reward, and maintain perspective to drive the best outcome forward. Passion fuels my advocacy for not only the brand(s) and product(s) that I support, but also for the teams I work with.
