What can I say - I love seeking solutions.There’s just something about unsolved problems that pulls me in. Like working on a complex puzzle, the fulfilling journey of uncovering the hows and whys piece by piece to get to the final reveal propels me towards discovering more unsolved problems waiting on solutions.Since graduating Highest Honors with my B.S. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, I’ve spent the past five years working in the oil & gas industry with ExxonMobil as a process engineer in various roles. Each role has provided me more tools to add to my problem solving tool belt & has expanded my knowledge in the manufacturing industry. Over the course of my career, I’ve been driven to collect not only specific technical skills but broad skills that can be carried over to any environment such as leadership, communication, & technical integrity. However, I’d say one of the most important skills I’ve learned is aligning on a vision, breaking down barriers, & ensuring the entire team crosses the finish line.
