As a subject matter expert in women\'s health, I collaboratively develop the global medical plan and lead the strategy for the cervical cancer and HPV team by providing medical guidance, situational analysis, evidence generation and evidence dissemination. My work focuses on identifying unmet medical needs and barriers to screening, particularly in underserved communities, and developing strategies to improve access and outcomes under a VUCA framework. I work cross-functionally with commercial, HEOR, communications, and R&D teams to: • facilitate access to screening in low- and middle-income countries• create a robust study pipeline, curate medical content• contribute to reimbursement strategies through clinical guidance• develop educational materials • provide scientific support for product launches and ongoing medical affairs activities
