After corporate acquisition of my previous company by Amerigas, Inc, I oversaw and facilitated the transition and rebranding of our company in the Atlanta area. Due to the exponential growth in my market during this time I was tasked in aiding the opening of several new locations across the country as well as hiring and training their staff.I currently oversee operations in 12 markets in 9 states across the country that generate monthly revenue in excess of 500k. I manage a team of roughly 50 employees consisting of managers, supervisors, drivers, and contract employees.
