I’m a pharmacy and retail operations leader who believes great outcomes start with great teams. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped multi‑state markets raise the bar on patient experience, operational consistency, and financial performance - always by coaching leaders, simplifying processes, and turning data into clear action. Currently, I lead pharmacy and retail operations for 220+ Walgreens locations across North and South Carolina - supporting 4,500+ team members and a $3B+ P&L. My focus has been aligning care, compliance, and execution so that customer/patient experience and business results move together. I’m proud of work our teams did on major integrations and growth programs. As Director on Special Assignment, I helped coordinate the integration of 312 acquired Rite Aid stores in MI and OH – sourcing 1,300+ team members from across the country to support the transition of inventory and prescription files. Earlier, as a Healthcare Supervisor in Alabama and Northeast Mississippi, I supported steady prescription growth, expanded immunization access with state and local partners, and worked closely with boards of pharmacy through COVID‑era practice changes to keep patient care uninterrupted. I’ve also guided multiple M&A integrations (Rite Aid, Fred’s, K‑Mart, and independent file buys) to protect access and continuity for communities.
