I specialise in building and managing profitable product portfolios, shaping strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver to market — all while maintaining a sharp focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance. Throughout my career I\'ve worked across lenders, trade associations, and policy bodies, giving me an unusually broad perspective on the mortgage and housing market — from product pricing, proposition development and strategy to government housing initiatives and FCA regulatory frameworks.
