We pride ourselves that anytime a customer calls, they will be speaking to a live person based out of our Alexandria, MN office. Furthermore, even though the phones are manned 24/7/365 they are not just an answering service. The client will speak to one of our professional and knowledgeable Product Gurus who have plenty of experience to share. SkidPro ships attachments to all parts of the globe. Albeit, the primary focus is offering American made products to our clients in North America where Skid Pro equipment is operating in every US State and Canadian Province. With inventory and spare parts on hand, we understand that our customers uptime is our success.
