Liaise & connect with current & potential Team Chicago club members- Build annual Technical Plan that aligns with the Club’s Strategic Plan and Values- Work closely with admin staff to maintain current files on players, coaches and staff- Provide on-going reporting regarding technical programs, resources and key metrics- Establish technical & staff requirements to support programming (in collaboration with DOC)- Continual development & roadmapping of on-field activities- Creation of clear & concise player pathway & the key competencies of players necessary for each stage of their development (in collaboration with ALL directors)- Display of Team Chicago’s on-field processes to a wider audience- Evaluate ongoing development needs and issues- Build competitive & player development models to support Team Chicago- Design programs in conjunction with player development models. Program components are to include; pre & post-season opportunities as well as in season competitive camp environments- Develop & implement a player evaluation process in collaboration with Team Chicago CARE model. This includes; written assessments, feedback to parents & players with guidance & provisions for continual player development- Aid in providing a thoughtful tryout process ensuring club policies are followed & an environment is offered for all players to showcase their potential- Enhance opportunities club wide through groups training, homework & tournaments- Encourage & empower staff to record games & training, while projecting findings to their team environment.
