I believe that a flexible and highly functioning PMO team is a cornerstone to the success of any change. I am an accomplished PMO Manager with 14+ years experience in both regulated and non regulated industry, including Utilities, Insurance, Government, Retail and Financial Services, working across both Business and IT functions. I am skilled in leading and improving Portfolio and Programme PMO teams, supporting businesses to realise their strategic goals. I have extensive experience in PMO set up and mobilisation, assessment and remediation of existing PMO functions, portfolio and programme planning and prioritisation, risks and issues management and assurance. I am enthusiastic and approachable which enables me to motivate and mentor whilst still achieving the objectives of the programme.
