From 1980 until July 2018 I renovated NYC Metro area spaces for a long list of repeat clients. We no longer accept any new customers but we continue to service some of the customers we had. My focus now is on my own projects. In addition to being a General Contractor, I have been hired and qualified in various NYS courts to testify as an expert witness in Landlord/Tenant rent disputes for a number of NYC Law Firms.
