Dr. CJ Rhoads is the founder and CEO of HPL Consortium, Inc. developing a platform called CIRWEP to help people and groups connect toward health, prosperity, and leadership. She is also the Managing Director of HPL 501c3 Institute, a non-profit organization with a strategic partnership with HPL Consortium. Rhoads speaks and writes about entrepreneurship, business strategy, leadership development, information technology and the economics of healthcare and integrative health practices.
