ABOUT CHRIS FLETCHER

Chris is a senior executive with a reputation for delivering transformation in the digital and SaaS fields. As CPO / SVP for Cloud & Decisioning Products at Experian, he is currently focused on expanding Experian’s leadership position and future growth ambitions in AI first enterprise software. He leads the cloud first SaaS strategy to deliver a world-class credit risk solutions to clients. Passionate about employee wellbeing, Chris also serves as the executive mental health champion.Prior to this, he was the Global Head of Digital and Channel Partnerships at Western Union Business Solutions leading the digital first and partnership businesses.Previously, Chris was co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer with Kashing Ltd. which provides a full suite of payments services and technology to small businesses.As SVP for Product at Worldpay, he led the global ecommerce product team and was responsible for all products including acquiring, transformation, gateway services, alternative payment methods, risk, FX, treasury and developer content. As Global Head of Digital Products at American Express, Chris was responsible for the development and management of new products with a particular focus on innovative payment solutions. Product launches were in the areas of mobile payments, contactless transportation, security, digital services, wallets and e-commerce.He has had several senior executive roles at Amex including Chairman of the Board for a payment gateway subsidiary company and founder for a card services consultancy where he rapidly grew revenues during my tenure. Chris has also held two roles for the franchise business, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer in charge of opening the payments infrastructure to financial institutions. Finally, as CIO in New York, he produced the technology strategy for navigating the company into new commodities such as prepaid.Chris has been recognised in people leadership having received President awards from American Express and the Executive leadership program at Duke Corporate University. He holds two patents and is an engaging speaker having spoken at numerous industry events around the world.
