SailTime fractional sailing is an alternative to chartering or buying a boat on your own.Fractional sailing provides a unique opportunity to lease or own a yacht through a partnering program—without the commitments and financial obligations normally associated with yacht ownership. Fractional sailing is designed for the individual who enjoys boating, but does not have the time to go sailing everyday. In addition, fractional sailing caters to boaters who want to get out on the water quickly, with a minimum amount of maintenance. In fractional sailing programs, a small group of sailors share the time and expenses of a new sailboat for an annual lease that includes the boat payment, insurance, maintenance, and marina fees.
