About Cj Dalimonte
CJ is in his first season as Assistant Coach of the Norfolk Admirals, the ECHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets. He spent the previous five seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins organization, including the last three as the NHL club’s Assistant Video Coach. Prior to joining the Penguins organization, he served as the Video Coach for the Ontario Hockey League’s Soo Greyhounds and Mississauga Steelheads in addition to holding roles with the Toronto Maple Leafs from 2017-20. CJ started his coaching career with the York University Men’s Hockey program, serving as the team’s Video Coach & Statistical Analyst from 2016-18. Prior to his transition to a full-time career in hockey, CJ spent four years at Deloitte, one of Canada’s leading professional services firms, where he worked to design and implement AI-driven strategies and products to help organizations reduce their cyber risk and optimize their business operations.
