We operate through three complementary strategies: 1) Portfolio acquisitions: We purchase existing credit card portfolios that banks are looking to move off their balance sheets, leveraging disciplined valuation expertise and agile execution. 2) Co-brand programs: We fund and manage assets for new credit card programs alongside trusted brand partners. 3) Buy-box expansion: We work with banks to safely expand their card lending into adjacent customer segments, enabling banks to responsibly expand approvals and deepen customer relationships while they continue to service the accounts. Fidem\'s credit expertise is supported by infrastructure built for long-term portfolio performance: credit risk discipline, compliance, and proprietary machine learning models. Working with our partners, we oversee the full lifecycle of every portfolio, from acquisition through servicing oversight and portfolio optimization.
