I believe that teams, large and small, are at their very best when they’re inspired by a common vision. For a team to be purposeful and to thrive, this vision must be meaningful not only to the many, but also every individual team member.I’m passionate about reforming processes and instilling positive culture to encourage people to be their best, and grow efficient, lean and innovative manufacturing environments. I’ve led teams of 50+ Research Engineers, Technicians and Support staff at the National Composites Centre, with a primary focus on Manufacturing technologies and operations. As a team we’ve delivered exciting composites technologies, and lean processing environments. My technology background is in Composite Moulding, with a focus on Resin infusion and RTM. I am fascinated by the opportunities that advances in out-of-autoclave processing bring to new sectors and existing composites enthusiasts.
