Currently lead a team of two project managers and two coordinators, providing triage for escalated issues, supporting executive-level stakeholder engagement, managing productivity, facilitating team meetings, and delivering regular project reports to leadership.Led 60+ strategic projects across UNC School of Medicine, UNC Hospitals, and 166 UNC Health ambulatory clinics. Responsible for full lifecycle project oversight, including project charters, timelines, KPIs, change management, and matrixed team leadership. Regularly presented to executive leadership and aligned project outcomes with system-wide goals.Partnered with senior leadership to scope and implement enterprise priorities.
