Work closely with and assist assigned County Departments, Board, Agencies and Divisions regarding relevant federal, state and local procurement laws and regulations, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and other grant funding limitations and responsibilities. Drafting of Inter-Municipal Agreements, RFPs, and RFBs, and the negotiations and drafting of contracts for various goods, services and construction projects. Provide a wide array of daily general advice to every unit of County Government regarding the scope and implementation of their powers.
