Scrum Master & Site Lead providing servant-leadership, operational oversight, and program delivery management for an Application Development team supporting USSOCOM under the Enterprise Development, Application, and Training (EDAT) contract. This role combines agile delivery leadership with site-level management to ensure high-quality, innovative, and mission-focused software solutions are developed, integrated, and deployed in support of USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and globally deployed SOF forces.Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Duties:Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, guiding the adoption and execution of Agile/Scrum best practices.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Remove impediments and ensure teams remain focused on delivering high-value, mission-critical software.Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery excellence across the development lifecycle.Foster collaboration between developers, product owners, stakeholders, and mission partners.Site Lead & Program Management Duties:Site lead for the USASOC portfolio within the EDAT contract, serving as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and stakeholders.Oversee execution of application development, training, and technology integration in support of USASOC requirements.Manage a 30-person multi-disciplinary team, including 15 full-stack developers, ensuring staffing, performance, and professional development.Align technical delivery with USSOCOM’s operational objectives and strategic initiatives.Coordinate with other Component Commands and enterprise stakeholders to ensure interoperability, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions.Provide reporting, risk management, and contract compliance oversight in accordance with GSA and USSOCOM requirements.Represent the program in leadership forums, reviews, and working groups.
