ABOUT JAMES EDGAR
After a 10 year career in Ontario Craft Beer, I decided to retire from this industry in 2021. It was a great way to make a living and I can\'t imagine doing anything else during the explosive growth period from 20••••21. In 2013 I purchased my first apartment building and have been building my real estate portfolio ever since. I decided to get my Ontario real estate sales License in 2018 to be able to receive fair compensation for helping others along their own real estate investing journeys. I maintain my license to broker my own deals and help friends, family and associates along the way. Teaching people how to make a living as a salesperson is a passion of mine. I lead by example and have mentored several top producers. I am currently scaling up Allett Canada. This was a side project that started when I could not access the specialised Turfgrass equipment I needed at my home in Ottawa. After stocking out several shipments before they arrived and realising the potential of this enterprise I went all in 2022. In 2022 Allett Canada was incorporated with a vision \"to provide the world with safe and sustainable high performance playing surfaces\". Every day we aim to \"grow the game, one blade at a time\".
