About Charles Cj Ajlouny

I am currently serving as a Business Data Analyst with Singularity University. In this position, I provide the RevOps and TechOps teams (and anyone else that needs me) with data visualizations and solutions to data based problems. I recently graduated from the University of Redlands, having received a BS in Business Administration. My previous work experience includes a Mobile App Analysis internship at Ingenio in San Francisco, CA, as well as many other internships in the tech space. I have a diverse professional history, ranging from working with a sustainable travel start-up in Milan, Italy, to interning in data analytics for a non-profit theater organization, and serving as a product consultant for Esri in Redlands, CA. I have a wide array of hard and soft skills including Microsoft Excel Specialist certification and experience with the Esri suite of products, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, SQL, Stata, Qualtrics and Atlassian (Jira and Wiki). My soft skills include SWOT Analysis, Leadership, Adaptability, and Communication among others.

   Support Revenue Operations, Tech Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams with data-based analytics solutions - Developed weekly Forecast Report showcasing ~$10M in pipeline deals organized by salesperson and separated by Forecast Category, Deal Stage, and Quarter. Report features include: auto-updating visualizations of weekly trends, week-to-week observations, highlighted High Priority deals, and a summary of YTD Actuals by quarter - Provide Dashboards for BDR activity, Gong recordings, etc. and data visualizations for various projects and departments - Created Customer Journey map of multiple Singularity products through individual research projects
