Build and maintain relationships with internal & external personnel including but not limited to, design engineers, construction personnel, stakeholders, and the public. Display exceptional multi-tasking skills, competencies, and decision-making abilities with potentially significant schedule and cost implications during solicitation, planning, procurement, and construction stages of a transportation project. Ability to prepare and/or review project technical documents such as requests for qualifications, requests for proposals, technical proposals, scopes of work, contracts, contract provisions, and design details.
