As the founder of Talent Fund Select Partners, I set out to challenge the traditional recruiting model by being more selective, more accountable, and more human.Many companies don’t see the best results from agencies, and too often the explanations feel like fluff. The reality is recruiters are often overutilized, juggle too many roles and, while well-intentioned, are positioned in a way that can overpromise and underdeliver. At Talent Fund, we’ve flipped that model to deliver a completely different experience for both clients and candidates.Our focus is partnering with clients who want better results. Through selective approaches and aligned incentives, we provide higher success rates while building stronger relationships. At our core, we believe recruiting isn’t about transactions, it’s about lasting partnerships that benefit everyone involved.
