My name is Charles \"CJ\" Barnett; a disciplined & goal-oriented leader who aspires for honesty, sincerity, and dedication in my day to day operations. A leader with a proven track record in directing teams, managing budgets, research in various markets, and much more culminating in nearly a decade of opportunities. I believe the foundation of any project or team exists within oneself & in the ability to be both efficient & transparent. My college life consisted of 100\'s of hours of community service, multiple jobs, internships, and even the recognition from the Sloop Institute for Excellence in Leadership in 2015. Internships- 2 Years with the Organization of American States- 2 Years as a Radio Talk Show Host- 1 year with AmeriCorps // PeaceCorps- 3 Years Stage managing & Acting across multiple plays/theatres- 1 Year in Human Resources for FSU- 1 Year as the Marketing Coordinator at Edgewood Commons at FSUI believe that you finish any challenge with the same level of energy you entered it with. When you focus your mind on the intrinsic and extrinsic values of those around you, then you can accomplish feats that did not seem feasible. Productivity, morale, ethics, and execution all stem from that same level of enthusiasm you enter with every single day. This mindset is at the forefront for every opportunity for me whether that be my time currently at SunnyMac, Sky Diving, or even in my physical fitness training for American Ninja Warrior (Preliminary 20••••21)!Throughout my time in various roles, especially at the International Trade Center in Washington DC, I have had the pleasure to collaborate with an extensive list of personnel from various backgrounds. I obtained firsthand experience coordinating and overseeing numerous construction, licensing, and expansion projects on behalf of the GSA including but not limited to the National Children’s Museum, one of the largest International Food Court’s in the United States, and much more. I was also honored in having the ability to help assist/coordinate events like the 2020 RNC and 2021 Inauguration efficiently and safely here in the United States. Here\'s to establishing further dialogue on the makeup of our new society post Covid-19! Bigger challenges only create stronger bonds!
