I am a senior engineering and platform leader with over 15 years of experience guiding enterprise-scale systems in high-risk and highly regulated environments.At Microsoft, I lead globally distributed teams responsible for mission-critical authentication and certificate platforms supporting internal users and devices. My work focuses on system-level decision-making, including how to balance speed and risk, short-term mitigation and long-term architecture, and execution under real operational constraints.Alongside my role in big tech, I am a technical co-founder building an AI-enabled coaching and development platform.
