I’m a first-generation Latina and MBA graduate with a passion for creating experiences that bring people together and make them feel seen. My work spans event production, growth marketing, and product storytelling, all rooted in a commitment to inclusion, community, and impact.I’ve led 29+ events across student orgs — from ski trips and white water rafting excursions to Día de los Muertos celebrations. I’ve managed everything from venue sourcing and vendor coordination to transportation logistics, cross-functional planning, and campaign promotion. When gaps emerged, I stepped up, not just to fill them, but to elevate the experience.Outside of school, I founded and ran a profitable, family-run events business, owning brand development, customer experience, and operational strategy. Earlier in my career, I worked in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where I juggled tight deadlines, high volumes of work, and competing priorities, helping me build a strong foundation in communication, organization, and execution.Whether I’m working on experiential or growth marketing, I bring the same energy: scrappy but strategic, creative but grounded, audience-first always.
