About Citeria McCaleb
My passions combines servicing the community through the promotion of healthy living and maintaining the integrity of products that save lives. I have facilities and operation management experience for senior centers and fitness/wellness centers. In addition I have program management expertise in coordinating and overseeing the SilverSneakers program at multiple locations where I also served as a certified fitness instructor. Due to my productivity, creativity and efficiency I held the first salaried operations manager position for Fitness Connection\'s, North Hills, premier health club located in Raleigh, NC. To this day they DO NOT have any salaried operations managers. In that position I oversaw all day-to-day operations of the club from front desk, front desk revenue, kids club, day/evening porters and all customer service issues.I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2009 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. This degree along with my current job role at Siemens Healthineers has allowed me to have sound methodological training in data science, preserving data integrity, observational research and related areas that could be a beneficial to many businesses. I am currently building this data integrity role and helping with the structure and work processes so that the Siemens Healthineers has an efficient and up-to-date process for maintaining critical customer and internal data on our multiple software programs used on a daily basis.I believe in placing yourself outside your comfort zone in order to grow and I want to create a career with a company that allows just that. A career that allows for expansion, combines my passions and serves the community via health all while utilizing my degree. I’m a quick learner and through my management positions I’ve learned to work independently, co-dependently, efficiently and effectively. I have strong oral/written communication skills and pride myself on not only being able to establish but maintain effective working relationships. I want my career to lead to a purposeful lifestyle.I love to laugh, dance and smile. I am #Dope & Uplifting.
