I am cisy jose I studying social work in b.v.m holy cross college,cherpunkal I was second year student my degree was honours my interest was to become probation officer I will go through field work in second year and in first year I was go to observation visit through fieldwork I get communication skill because I was asked their project and submit record in my department i will motivating others,leadership skill,in my class sir conduct casework as roleplay i will do my roleplay as casework first time some mistake are there but after video sir asked who can do this roleplay i tell I will do that and I will do very good way and sir tell you will do correctly
