I\'m Cissy. I love to be curious about people & patterns. This curiosity has led to a career in product management at LinkedIn and startups, and now, to being a coach.I\'m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, trained through the Co-Active Training Institute), with over 850 hours of coaching experience. I work with leaders, executives, PMs, and high-achievers who want a better way to lead, work and live - that\'s driven by purpose, not pressure. I also advise early stage startups on product management and coach small teams on working better together and increase their effectiveness, especially while building zero to one products. My mission is ultimately to empower people to live their most authentically fulfilling lives, at work and beyond-I\'m also a startup product advisor and experienced product management lead with large & small company experience. I\'ve helped founders of early stage companies solve key strategic challenges while building their consumer products. I have special expertise in building engaging consumer products, consumer subscriptions, and pricing research. In the past, I\'ve built 0 to 1 businesses and scaled established ones. At LinkedIn, I drove revenue retention for LinkedIn Premium, a $1B subscription business. At Citizen, a Sequoia-backed safety startup, I built the 0 to 1 consumer subscription business that generated the company\'s first $X M in annualized revenue. I\'ve also scaled content & community products for 100Ms of people. At LinkedIn, I 2.5X the number of commenters, launched Reactions, and managed comment ranking and quality.
