He also served as Director of Strategic Initiatives & Enrollment at Azusa Pacific University, where he advanced a student-centered vision of education through rigorous scholarship, relevant academia, & relational pedagogy. Lastly, his research at Pepperdine University focuses on global leadership, human flourishing, organizational change, human-centered design, facilitation, & scaling of innovation.
