I am passionate about people and culture. In my professional career of 14 years, the majority of my time has been focused in the people space. I have had the opportunity to partner with multiple different types of businesses in the financial services industry, collaborating with colleagues from entry level to c-suite. I have had the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams throughout my career to ensure that the people and culture agenda is not only delivered seamlessly throughout a complex organization, but also owned by the people in the company, invested in its success. I hold both a business and a legal degree which I obtained part time whilst building my professional career and have been fortunate to attend a few international management schools for further development of my negotiation skills. I pride myself on my work ethic, on time delivery and commitment to quality outputs. I enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly learning and changing.
