About Cisio Brandao
In 2007, after 15 years of experience at leading cancer referral centers in Brazil and England, I joined GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Brazil to establish and lead Medical Oncology Affairs activities while also supporting R&D initiatives. In this dual role, I drove the development of GSK’s oncology pipeline and the launch of new products, including Lapatinib, Pazopanib, and Eltrombopag, providing strategic medical and scientific support across Commercial, Marketing, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Patient Access, Pharmacovigilance and Legal. In January 2011 I moved to AMGEN, which is a leading human therapeutics company in the Biotechnology industry, assuming a position of Head of Therapeutic Area Oncology/Hematology at Brazilian Hub which comprehends Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru in order to support the company to continues to be an entrepreneurial, science-driven enterprise dedicated to helping people fight serious illness supporting and developing strategic plans to better server patients and Amgen development in Latin America Specialties: Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology & Hematology ( Solid Tumors) & Supportive Care in Cancer, MBA in health Economics.
