The Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) is the global trade association that represents companies from the information and communications technology (ICT) industry including semiconductors, software, platforms, e-commerce, internet, network equipment, cybersecurity, and tech enabled firms.At ITI I:• Manage a team running the operations of the Government Affairs Division, overseeing ITI’s ethics and lobbying compliance program, and focused on international trade, supply chain, industrial policy, and workforce issues. • Lead advocacy on trade, semiconductors, and U.S-China competition issues to the U.S. Congress and Presidential Administration. • Spearheaded the lobbying effort that secured enactment of the landmark CHIPS and Science Act of 2022 which provides more than $50 billion in federal investments to support domestic manufacturing of semiconductors, strengthening the supply chain of critical building block of the modern digital economy.• Drive consensus on highly complex and politically sensitive matters amongst 80 of the most innovative companies in the world (including Google, Intel, Samsung, TSMC, Apple, Amazon, Tata, Microsoft, and many other household names).• Serve as spokesperson for the global tech industry before the media and other organizations, constituencies, and coalitions in public settings.

Public policy executive, attorney, and board director with nearly 20 years of government and corporate experience. Experienced leader of cross-functional, geographically, and culturally diverse teams, advising senior executives and elected and appointed public officials on complex, politically sensitive issues, driving business growth, protecting brand reputation, and mitigating risks. Currently VP at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) representing 80 of the world’s most innovative, consequential name-brand companies. Previously, five-plus years at Intel Corporation working alongside senior executives, industry-leading scientific researchers, government contractors, and sales teams in the U.S, Europe, and Asia to drive growth across Intel business units, products, and labs. Scaled and operationalized appropriations lobbying, spearheaded Intel’s congressional engagement on emerging technologies (artificial intelligence (AI), quantum, high-performance computers) and advised corporate strategy office on geopolitical risks. Awarded the company’s most prestigious honor, the Intel Achievement Award in 2019. In government, worked for a U.S. federal district court judge and served as counsel to three congressional committees in the U.S. Senate and House, forging bipartisan relationships across Congress. Capped off federal service in President Obama’s administration, advising Commerce Secretary Pritzker as part of her departmental leadership team. At the state level, appointed by Virginia’s governor to the Commonwealth’s Board of Conservation and Recreation. Proud member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), a federally recognized Indian tribe. Board Chairman of Cayuse Holdings, a CTUIR enterprise serving government and commercial clients with $100 million annual revenue. Active in causes including natural resources conservation, voting rights, access for people with disabilities, and childhood literacy with non-profit board service and political campaign experience.
