As the Director of ADVANCE CONCUSSION CLINIC (ACC), Dr. Rosenblatt brings her extensive training and experience in rehabilitation neuropsychology, as well as her expertise in concussion, as the Founder and Clinical Director of ADVANCE CONCUSSION CLINIC. ACC is British Columbia’s first and only dedicated concussion clinic, providing the full spectrum of concussion management services, including education, prevention, baseline testing, consultation and rehabilitation services—all under one roof. Dr. Rosenblatt coordinates the interdisciplinary team of concussion rehabilitation therapists, including neuropsychology, neurophysiotherapy, athletic therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, and kinesiology in the treatment of adolescents and adults, who have suffered a concussion or head injury from sports, motor vehicle accidents, falls or other head trauma. Concussion treatment and rehabilitation includes partnership with referring physicians, identification and coordination of care with appropriate specialists when needed, and partnership with schools, athletic teams, or workplaces to facilitate successful return to daily activity.
