Paligroup is a boutique hospitality company known for its design-forward hotels and unique guest experiences. As a CRM Coordinator, I help make sense of customer data to improve loyalty programs, email campaigns, and guest engagement. From cleaning and analyzing data to launching A/B-tested email campaigns, I work with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to optimize how we connect with guests. In the near future, I will also be training front-desk teams and collaborating with vendors to keep our systems running smoothly. My passion is in turning raw data into strategic insights that elevate customer experiences and build lasting connections. Whether it’s refining a marketing campaign or uncovering trends in guest behavior, I love finding the stories hidden in the numbers. Beyond CRM and analytics, I bring a unique blend of Public Health research, data surveillance, and front-of-house hospitality experience, allowing me to approach challenges with both analytical precision and creative problem-solving.
