First-generation Lawyer–Banker with nearly a decade of experience in banking, specializing in syndicated loans, ESG financing, and financial institutions coverage.With a background in Business Law, I began my career in banking to build financial expertise at the intersection of law, capital, and complex financing structures. Over the years, I have worked across financial institutions and ESG-related transactions, structuring and executing sophisticated lending deals while developing long-term institutional relationships.Currently, I focus on syndicated financing, contributing to the structuring and execution of large-scale transactions alongside domestic and international banks.My academic experience at UC Berkeley further strengthened my understanding of U.S. finance and business regulations and sharpened my approach to deal structuring from an international legal perspective.Alongside my professional work, I remain deeply committed to social education initiatives, serving on the steering committee of a school that supports access to education for economically and socially marginalized children.
