SKILLS
ABOUT CINDY SCHWARTZ
Some might qualify me as a busy body. What drives that is a real thirst for knowledge and personal development. Read on to see what I mean! The last 20 years at Quantum have been a blast and I absoutely love collaborating with some of Montreal’s premier companies to identify and attract top talent. These alliances have resulted in thousands of fruitful matches for both parties. Candidates that don\'t fit into the \"perfect package\" or are unclear about their next steps often lack the tools and strategic support to help them align with their professional aspirations. I wanted to create a space to connect with these motivated individuals in a way that was more meaningful. Coaching seemed like an organic way for me to parlay the skills I had acquired by offering one on one sessions with private clients and Becoached.ca was launched in the fall of 2016. Some other things I have dabbled in. I’ve written for Monster.ca on dozens of occasions by producing content to spread the knowledge I have spent so many years cultivating. I enjoy public speaking and have been invited on a few occasions to speak at McGill to new graduates. My objective in these talks is to leave my audience feeling engaged and motivated for action, with the tools and the know-how to succeed in a tough and competitive job market. In addition; I have produced virtual content as a regular contributor to Quantum\'s youtube channel and blog. The common theme? Helping individuals meet their highest potential!
