Managing the deployment of over 6,500 iPhones to support Wellstar\'s Unified Communications program, part of the Digital Strategy. My role encompasses all aspects of technical project management (scope, budget, and schedule) as well as the development of sustainable iOS upgrade processes, application deployment, and asset management. Additionally, I am also the TPM for the transition of legacy customer service platforms to Genesys, enabling the introduction of new inbound and outbound campaigns. This is also part of Wellstar\'s Digital Strategy. I am also the TPM for the migration of a legacy EMHR for nursing home to a more robust, modern solution (PointClickCare with integration with NetHealth).
