CGF Program Management Office: • Defines and holds CGF to one standard for sprint/agile project management & problem solving structure • Maintains CGF project portfolio & delivers annual improvement budget via (strategic) project management • Facilitates a phased knowledge transfer and the efficiency & effectiveness of the change management process and its organization Responsibilities: • Create strategic plans/roadmap for CGF’s top business priorities (OKRs) • Lead and deliver strategic projects & programs in order to achieve specific time, cost and quality targets - typically collaborating with a cross-functional team and in multiple time zones • Apply PMO methodologies, tools and templates, including providing training to the CGF-wide organization • Performance visibility: Highlighting project performance through Project Governance • Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships at all appropriate levels to ensure continuous buy-in for (strategic) projects • Lead the Change: Transferring skills & knowledge to team members through coaching, mentoring and training • Team of 5 (2 PMs and 3 APMs)
