I am a business savvy food scientist, and I have a question for you: Have you ever walked through a grocery store in another country and marveled at the number of unique foods and beverages that line the shelves? Exploring international grocery stores is one of my favorite vacation activities. I\'m amazed by the variety of products, and I take pride in seeing the ones I helped bring to market. I\'ve experienced and led the multidisciplinary collaboration required to turn ideas into successful products on store shelves!With 30 years of global experience and authentic leadership in the food industry, I\'ve spearheaded innovations in biotechnology, novel processes, food safety & spoilage, sensory experiences, and sustainability. Solving complex challenges, for example, I broke down regional barriers, to launch a unique ingredient product line in China, which won awards and exceeded revenue forecasts, fuels my passion for impactful work. Partnering with organizations to unlock their innovation potential allows me to connect people, ideas, science and business.
