Think beyond what the source of funding has always been. Consider opportunities to generate revenues that could sustain the organization long-term. I would always embrace having a vision, a strategic plan, and ideas on moving the organization forward. On a personal note, my husband, Larry and I, spend our free time camping and hiking.
