ABOUT CINDY PON

As chief operating officer (COO) for MGO, one of the fastest-growing CPA and Advisory Services firms in the U.S, I am responsible for the leadership of the Firm\'s finance, technology and digital services functions, which includes driving the Firm\'s financial results and aligning operations with our strategic vision. I am also a member of the Executive Committee and the Enterprise Risk and Privacy Committee. Previously, I was the lead client service partner for some of the largest assurance and advisory clients in the State of California, and the managing partner of our San Francisco Bay Area offices. I continue to serve select strategic clients as the lead client service partner. I joined MGO’s San Francisco Bay Area office as its second employee and helped grow the Firm into a top 50 U.S. accounting firm with locations across the world. I am passionate about mentoring aspiring professionals throughout the Firm and through programs like UC Berkeley Chapter of Ascend and working with them in designing their individual professional journey. Throughout my life, I’ve made a commitment to giving back to my community. As a member of MGO Cares we work to enhance our philanthropic efforts and initiatives. I am excited to be a part of an organization working to provide acts of service, support those in need, and foster financial education within the communities in which we serve.
